(Price subject to change if the song requires an unusual amount of editing time, contact me for a quote if your song needs that)

Mixing vocals to stereo backing track

(e.g., rap to beats, or vocals to accompaniment)

Price: €220 per song for mixing

Includes 1 round of changes, in a live session up to 1 hour — live streaming of audio from my mixing studio directly to your equipment.

How the Mixing Process Works

  1. Applies to songs with a ‘normal’ number of tracks and length and editing work (send a request if you have something outside the ordinary)
  2. Send me the files for the song, and an email explaining what you’re looking for, feel free to include 1 reference link, only to one song (and write in the email how many files you’re sending, so I can know that all have been included and arrived, it’s good if you use standard English in the file names).
  3. I’ll let you know when I can have v1 of the mix ready, and I’ll create and send it at the agreed time.
  4. Write and send me a list of the changes you want
  5. We schedule a time for an online live session with audio streamed in real-time from my studio, and we make the final adjustments
  6. The real-time streaming from my studio works without installing your own software, I stream to a private page, with built-in text chat for communication
  7. Adjustment session in a live session up to 1 hour is included in the price
For changes beyond the first session of changes, and up to 1 hour, it is also done as an online session and on an hourly rate
  8. I mix with the final sound as the goal, so for individual songs, you can consider the song as mastered — meaning — no need to buy mastering in addition.

«NFL Productions delivers high-quality services, from the treatment I received as a client to the finished product. When he mixed and mastered my album, he brought exceptional sound design and smart mixing choices in a modern package. It’s very exciting to work with a sound artist who is up to date on what’s trending in the biggest music markets, while also having the ability to understand where you want to go with your artistic expression. The work was done in an inspiring and cost-effective way that brought out the best in every sound, every track, and every song.
I highly recommend everyone to use NFL Productions for mixing and mastering.»

«It was an extremely pleasant experience to collaborate with Njål when we were mixing our latest single “Krigen”. Everything went smoothly from the first conversation, and Njål took his time to figure out what we wanted. The fact that Njål was so interested in the project made us feel very well taken care of. The song was lifted to new heights, and we are very satisfied with the result. It’s clear that Njål treats his projects with great respect. Thank you!.»

Amnestiet, December 2013

The video of the song is on YouTube at the following link: YouTube link

«We were very satisfied with both the first mix we got from Njål, and at the same time how easy it was to make small adjustments afterward via live streaming.
It was easy to set up the streaming session, and it was easy and quick to communicate across the country via chat. Within a short hour, the mix was also effectively mastered.
We didn’t find anything extra we could add in mastering that hadn’t already been done.
It’s great to be able to deliver and receive everything purely digitally via the internet, and we could in reality have been sitting anywhere in the world and collaborated with Njål.
Thank you for very good work, Njål.
You have first dibs on all future mixes with my different projects.»

Work with Blues Legends

I’ve had the honor of mixing and mastering some of the biggest names in blues. This includes Pinetop Perkins, David ‘Honeyboy’ Edwards, Snooky Pryor, and Mel Brown, where I worked with older tape recordings for a compilation album. You can listen to the result here: Spotify link
